- 10% Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) for Acne, Whiteheads, Blackheads, Clogged Pores. BPO is an antiseptic. It prevents acne-causing bacteria from growing and multiplying and dries the skin. Treatment with BPO will help to slough off dead skin cells, making dark spots and scars appear less prominent.
- Non-soap formulation - plant based ingredients - fragrance free. Benzoyl peroxide works well for inflammatory acne, which is characterized by red bumps that contain pus (pustules, papules, cysts, and nodules). If you just have blackheads and whiteheads, salicylic acid & sulfur soaps and cleansers will work well to clear out pores. If you are prone to red, angry pimples then keep BPO in your product rotation.

BPO will bleach stain clothing and towels - use caution. It leaves funky orange stains on nearly everything it touches. Wash your hands well with soap and water after each application. Rinse your face and body extremely well before toweling off to prevent staining of fabrics.
